Captain Jack Harkness, the omnisexual leader of Torchwood... I'm a recent convert to both that and Doctor Who, and while I had the idea to make a Captain Jack pony a while back, the inspiration for this came when I decided to attend the Torchsong convention in Chicago in 2009. I hope to one day give this custom to John Barrowman himself.

Jack started out as, I think, an Applejack (I had the custom baited out a while back). Everything on him is sculpted with Apoxie Sculpt and then very painstakingly painted. I've used a gloss seal on his eyes and the watch face to give them a bright shine; the rest of him is sealed with matte sealant. On his left wrist is the vortex manipulator (which sadly doesn't open); this is the hoof magnet, so he really can manipulate things with it. I plan to eventually make a Jack with the RAF greatcoat; this is Torchwood-Jack.
