The Blackneck Elves are a splinter group of Wolfriders that, like so many others, broke away from the tribe during the time of Two-Spear. They are completely independent of any other affiliation, and reside a good distance from any action that took place during the ElfQuest series. Essentially, they are a tribe who I have barely begun to write about and discover, despite the fact that they've existed in my head for years. Lighteyes is a fringe member.
